Axóhl Return Policy

At Axóhl, we take pride in offering unique, high-quality collectibles that are specially crafted in limited runs. Many of our items are hand-painted or hand-assembled, making each piece distinct. As such, slight imperfections are typical with these types of products and are often considered to enhance their value. Below is our return policy, designed to reflect the nature of our offerings while ensuring clarity and fairness.

All Sales Final: Given the unique and limited nature of our products, all sales made through axohl.com are final, including pre-orders. Refunds are not available except under specific conditions detailed under "Defective Merchandise" below.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders relate to items that are still in development, with estimated in-stock dates that may shift. For the most up-to-date arrival information, please refer to the product page.

Order Modifications: Due to the exclusive and limited availability of our items, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, rerouted, or canceled. However, Axóhl reserves the right to cancel or refund orders if necessary, due to reasons such as stock limitations, quality control concerns, inaccurate customer information, or fraud risk.

Product Packaging: As our products are often hand-crafted and shipped in limited quantities, we do not guarantee the condition of product packaging. Minor imperfections in packaging are not uncommon and should not be considered defects. However, if your merchandise arrives with a significant defect (e.g., broken item, missing parts), please contact sales@axohl.com immediately with detailed photos, your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer an exchange for a non-defective item if available. If a replacement is unavailable, an alternative item or store credit may be provided. Please note that all other product sales are final.

Returns: Returns are accepted for products that remain unopened and undamaged. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the collectible nature of our products, a 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Items that are damaged or soiled upon return will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact sales@axohl.com prior to sending any items back to ensure proper identification and processing of your return. Unidentified items will be returned to the sender. Once your return request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be provided via email. Please note that all return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the cost of original and return shipping, as well as the 10% restocking fee. Please note that any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. An email confirmation will be sent once your return has been processed and your refund issued.
