Axóhl Shipping Policy

At Axóhl, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a reliable and efficient shipping experience. Given the exclusive and limited nature of our collectibles, which are often hand-crafted and hand-assembled, we have established the following shipping policies to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the order process.

Shipping Timelines:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that processing times may be extended during peak periods or for some releases. Pre-orders, due to the nature of product development, may require additional processing time.

  • Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard domestic shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping may require 10-21 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Pre-Orders: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they become available. While estimated shipping dates are provided on the product page, these dates are subject to change. We recommend regularly checking the product page for the latest shipping information.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We offer a range of shipping options to meet various needs.

  • International Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applicable upon delivery. Axóhl is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking:

  • Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the delivery status of your order. Please be advised that tracking updates may occasionally be delayed by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, Axóhl is unable to modify, reroute, or cancel the shipment. We strongly encourage customers to verify all shipping information before completing their purchase.

Packaging:

  • While we take great care in packaging our products, please be aware that we do not guarantee the condition of product packaging. Minor imperfections in packaging are not uncommon and are not considered defects, particularly for hand-crafted and hand-assembled items where the emphasis is on the product itself.

Lost in Transit Policy:

  • United States: Should your order tracking remain unchanged for 20 consecutive days, please contact us at sales@axohl.com to initiate a claim. Claims must be submitted within 70 days of the original ship date.

  • International: If your order tracking does not update for 30 consecutive days, please reach out to sales@axohl.com to file a claim. Claims must be submitted within 80 days of the original ship date.

“Delivered Not Received” Policy:

  • If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Axóhl is not responsible for the product or order once it has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Axóhl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For added security, we recommend selecting a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the event that a package is returned to Axóhl due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package. Refunds will not be issued for packages deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information.

International Customers:

  • Please be aware that international orders may experience delays due to customs processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Due to international shipping regulations, certain items may not be eligible for delivery to specific destinations. Axóhl reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped to the provided address.
